We specialize in specific support for the more advanced Quality related aspects of APQP and PPAP. In particular, we are at our best when problem solving, or assisting launch teams in navigating complex matters involving measurement systems analysis, data collection and analyses, statistical process control or experimental design (DOE). Our core competence is in mastery of "core tools." It is our philosophy that mastery in these tools within a strong statistical framework is imperative for world class quality assurance.

We utilize practices accepted IAW AIAG, ISO, VDA and IATF and the various customer specific requirements pertinent to the application at hand. 

Our team has spent quite a bit of time on the client side of the consulting relationship within manufacturing settings. As such, we understand what brings solid value and what doesn't. We also understand that consultancy by its very nature can bring challenges. Our strategy is built with these challenges in mind. We pursue a no-nonsense, cut to the chase approach that brings fast results to your business.
